Service Description

Group Sessions offer the 9D Breathwork experience at a discounted rate and offers an environment of collective energy of love and desired healing. Our group sessions will be a safe space of non-judgment, where Carmen will help guide the group through the 9D Breathwork journey. "STRESS AND ANXIETY" -- This experience is perfectly tailored for those struggling with stress and anxiety. It’s an optimal first-time journey for individuals with contraindications or for those looking to integrate after a more intensive somatic journey. This offers a gentle escape from anxiety, introducing tranquility and balance. By partaking, participants can ease into the realm of breathwork, fostering a restful connection with their inner calm. *Group sessions will have a max of 12 people.* Carmen will provide each of you with noise-cancelling headphones and eye masks. Eye masks are optional. Each person will need to bring the following: - a pillow - yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on - blanket for warmth/comfort - HIGHLY suggest this! - a 2nd pillow if you want to scream into something (you can also use your blanket!) 9D Breathwork is a groundbreaking approach to wellness and healing that leverages the most advanced aspects of Breathwork, enriched with a multi-dimensional sound experience.
