(Regular rate is $80 per session, you save $40)*** Healing Ancestral Lines- March 11 @ 7pm Reconnecting With Your Inner Child - March 25 @ 7pm Group Sessions offer the 9D Breathwork experience at a discounted rate and offers an environment of collective energy of love and desired healing. Our group sessions will be a safe space of non-judgment, where Carmen will help guide the group through the 9D Breathwork journey. "HEALING ANCESTRAL LINES" -- This journey is for anyone seeking to break free from intergenerational trauma, the root cause of human suffering. Cut the cords of these struggles and cease the cycle of passing down traumas to future generations. Liberate yourself and pave the way for a more empowered and resilient future. "RECONNECTING WITH YOUR INNER CHILD" - This experience is perfectly tailored for anyone that is struggling with deeply connecting with themselves because of the residue from the traumatized child within that we abandoned along the way to be able to deal and cope with life’s struggles which led us to becoming fragmented and showing up in life and in our relationships by dissociation, avoidance, anxious attachment and so much more. *Group sessions will have a max of 12 people.* Carmen will provide each of you with noise-cancelling headphones and eye masks. Eye masks are optional. Each person will need to bring the following: - a pillow - yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on - blanket for warmth/comfort - HIGHLY suggest this! - a 2nd pillow if you want to scream into something (you can also use your blanket!) 9D Breathwork is a groundbreaking approach to wellness and healing that leverages the most advanced aspects of Breathwork, enriched with a multi-dimensional sound experience.
