Service Description

Private session in the comfort of your own home. Alternate locations also available. One on One 9D Breathwork experience offers you a private session with Carmen's full attention if you are in need of comfort or assistance during your session. This will be a safe space of non-judgment, where Carmen will help guide you through the 9D Breathwork journey and offer any additional support you might need after your session has ended. Carmen will provide you with noise-cancelling headphones and eye masks. Eye masks are optional. You will need to bring the following: - a pillow - yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on - blanket for warmth/comfort - HIGHLY suggest this! - a 2nd pillow if you want to scream into something (you can also use your blanket!) 9D Breathwork is a groundbreaking approach to wellness and healing that leverages the most advanced aspects of Breathwork, enriched with a multi-dimensional sound experience.
