About Carmen
Carmen is a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, certified Reiki Practitioner, and Human Design Coach. She has always wanted to help people on a deeper level, more specifically to help people heal from childhood and past trauma, and truly understand themselves, but wasn’t sure how she should approach it. After years of searching, she found "it!" Insert healing and understanding who you truly are via 9D Breathwork enhanced with Reiki and Human Design! She is so excited to be able to share 9D Breathwork with the world and promote healing for everyone who is searching for peace and happiness in their lives.
It is her number one priority to offer her clients a safe space to not only open up and heal, but dig deep and discover who they are and what they are meant to do in this life. Whether it's supporting her clients during 9D Breathwork sessions, working as a vessel for their own healing through Reiki, or going through their Human Design profile with them, she strives to be exactly what her clients need when they come to her.
She currently lives in Raymond, AB, Canada and has an amazing husband and five children. She offers 9D Breathwork group sessions, 1-on-1 sessions for both 9D Breathwork and Reiki, private group breathwork sessions, and even sessions for children. She also offers Human Design readings where she sits down and slowly goes through each person’s entire Human Design profile and chart so they can better understand themselves and thrive, not just survive!
