About Carmen
Carmen is a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and a certified Reiki Practitioner. She has always wanted to help people on a deeper level, more specifically to help people heal from childhood and past trauma, but wasn't sure how she should approach it. After years of searching, she found "it!" Insert 9D Breathwork enhanced with Reiki. Carmen is so excited to be able to share 9D Breathwork with the world and promote healing for everyone who is searching for peace and happiness in their lives.
Carmen lives in Raymond, AB, Canada and has an amazing husband and four children. She offers group sessions, 1-on-1 sessions, private group sessions, and even sessions for children.
